7-Day Money Back Guarantee

Mexc Host offers a 7-day refund policy exclusively for eligible hosting services. Refund requests must be submitted within the first 7 days of service activation. After this period, refunds will not be applicable.

This policy is designed to allow customers to test our services risk-free and ensure they meet their requirements.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued as account credit in your Mexc Host client area.

This credit can be used for:

  • Future service purchases
  • Renewals
  • Upgrades

We do not process refunds to original payment methods unless required by applicable law.

Eligible Services for Refund

The following services are eligible for the 7-day refund policy:

  • Shared Hosting Plans
  • Reseller Hosting Plans

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain Registrations & Renewals
  • VPS Hosting Services
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Software Licenses
  • Add-ons and Setup Fees
  • Custom or promotional services

Once these services are activated or delivered, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of service activation
  • The service must not violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • The account must not be involved in abuse, spam, or illegal activities
  • Refunds will be processed as account credit only

Mexc Host reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Service Suspension & Abuse

Accounts suspended due to policy violations, abuse, or illegal activities are not eligible for refunds. Any misuse of services will result in immediate suspension without refund eligibility.

Our billing team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
